Canada 2018

Different time of year to when Cory and I have been before, bit more snow around Jasper / Banff - made a really nice change - although the few mornings at -7 were a bit of a shock to the system.
Lot of areas / stopping places 'closed for the season' including the road up to Moraine Lake (secretly gutted, close to the top of my list) and a distinct lack of wildlife compared to our previous visits .
It really was quite eerie standing in the middle of no where, no wind so no rustling of leaves etc. and no bird song. . . . seriously 'nothing' you get that feeling of "what is watching me".
